Services Eligibility

Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years old to apply for loans through this Site, unless otherwise specifically noted, and in which case you meet the minimum age indicated.

Authorization. By submitting an application on behalf of a company or group, you represent and warrant that you are an authorized to so as an employee or official representative of the company or group. If you are not an authorized employee or official representative, you may not apply for business or other group or company services offered on the hefnyc.org website.
User of the Site and/or Services Agreement - By using the site and/or our services you agree to the following:
